Tania Manríquez represents IBME at Global Forum for WHO Collaborating Centres in Lyon
Tania Manríquez, PhD, spoke at the Global Forum for WHO Collaborating Centers (Lyon, 7 to 9 April 2026), which brought together more than 1,000 participants both in person and online, contributing to the plenary session on ‘WHO Collaborating Centers’ Contributions to the WHO Global Programme of Work (GPW14)’. She represented IBME and the Network of WHO Collaborating Centers for Bioethics, a group of 11 research institutions across all WHO regions, as well as the WHO Global Health Ethics Unit and WHO regional offices. She highlighted the strengths of the collaborative model developed by IBME and partner Centers over the past 17 years, as well as the role of ethics across the wider network of WHO Collaborating Centers.
