Held under the theme "Change as Opportunity – Rethinking Care," this year's congress addresses how quality and care provision in the health system might be reconceived going forward. The opening keynote examines the role of patients as active participants in shaping a learning health system, rather than as passive recipients of care.

We look forward to two days of exchange with colleagues from research, practice, and policy.
