Fayez Abdulrazeq has been awarded a scholarship to cover tuition fees to attend an intensive, interactive week-long course entitled “Rethinking Criminal Justice as Public Health” at Columbia University. The “episummer” course will be held in the period between 12 and 16 June 2023, and will cover topics such as conceptions of crime, how the criminal-legal system may negatively impact public health, and public health measures for addressing crime such as cognitive behavioral therapy.
