28.07.2020Michele Loi, Eleonora Viganò, and Lonneke van der Plas’ conference paper accepted at the «International Conference on Computational Creativity»

The paper is entitled “The societal and ethical relevance of computational creativity” and is a philosophical account of the value of creative systems for individuals and society. Within this account, the authors explain why current mainstream AI tends to be anti-creative, even though computational systems that involve creativity are on the rise.
The paper will be presented at the International Conference on Computational Creativity that will take place on 7-11 September 2020, originally in Lisbon but now online.
