Facts & Figures

Words that Shape Our Research

The words we use reflect the world we shape. From “patient” and “health” to “ethics” and “decision”, this word cloud brings together the concepts that appear most often in IBME’s scholarly work. It offers a glimpse into twenty years of care, curiosity and critical thought.

Our Publications in Time

Behind every paper lies a story. This chart shows the steady growth of IBME’s intellectual legacy. Together, our publications have been cited nearly 15,000 times. (Note: Regular uploads into UZH’s ZORA database began in 2008.)

More on Publications

The momentum of Open Science has allowed us to strengthen our commitment to accessibility. This streamplot traces how IBME’s publication practices have evolved, highlighting our progress, though challenges remain, such as rising publication costs.
