Short Bio

I studied medicine and surgery at the University of Brescia in northern Italy and then started training in psychiatry and psychotherapy in Switzerland in 2021, in a multi-centre mental health service in the canton of Grisons (Psychiatrische Dienste Graubünden, PDGR), gaining clinical experience in acute, elderly and addiction inpatient settings. I am pursuing my doctoral studies (Dr. med.) at the University of Zurich on the epidemiology of relapses of SMIs patients in decentralised care systems. In September 2023 I have started a Scholarship in Bioethics at the Institute of Biomedical Ethics (IBME) of the University Zurich. Last but not least, I am a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Psychiatric Trainees (IJPT).
