New Call for Applications to the Stehr-Boldt Fellowships at the IBME

The IBME is pleased to announce a new call for applications to the Stehr-Boldt Fellowship Award in Biomedical Ethics. 
The Call is open to both junior and senior researchers from any country and discipline who are engaged in biomedical ethics.

Eligibility
Candidates should have at least successfully completed a Master’s degree (or equivalent,
such as an MD degree), demonstrated academic excellence, and be fluent in spoken and
written English.

Application
Applications can be sent in English or German. The following documents are required:
- A letter of application detailing relevant experience, qualifications and interest in
biomedical ethics
- Copy of academic degree (i.e. Master’s or PhD degree)
- A research proposal (max. 1’000 words) on a topic of biomedical ethics, indicating
proposed dates for the fellowship
- Two letters of recommendation (only in the case of junior scholars who do not yet hold
a doctoral degree)
- Recent curriculum vitae including a publication list
- A writing sample (for example, extracts from dissertation, essay paper, policy paper,
etc.).

Deadline for applications: January 31, 2022
